Terms and Conditions

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided that you have your invoice with you.

Eligibility for Return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All tags and packaging must be intact.
Must have a valid invoice and product must be paid in full

Refund Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and provide them with your invoice.  Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. The postage or return of your item will be for your account.  Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized beanbags are non-returnable unless there is a defect.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your beanbag for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.  The exchange of your product in the colour of your choosing remains the discretion of the company.
